SunSeaMoon is a real estate project located in Southern Italy. The approved project allows building three-unit, one larger and the other two (to be sold together) littler. The three villas are:

SunSeaMoon is located in one of the most untouched areas in Italy, survived to cementification of the coasts. The property is in a National Park where strict rules do not allow to build new constructions, but only to restore or rebuild existing traditional houses: three stone houses, built according to the old tradition of the local farmer.

SunSeaMoon is located in Cilento, inside the Cilento National Park. Although well connected to Naples and Naples Airport, Sunseamoon is in the municipality of Serramezzana, on the hills above Agnone and Acciaroli. SunSeamoon is in the area of the most beautiful 'blue flag' beaches in Cilento. In the chart, locations 9,10 and 11 are at 15 mins away by car, 7,8,12,13 are just 40 mins away.

Being close to Naples, Cilento is easily reachable. Nevertheless nature is pristine, wild and untouched. A multitude of little villages and the local population keep old traditions still alive and proudly carried on.
