YOUR VILLA IN NATURE WILDERNESS BUT, AT THE SAME TIME IN AN EXCLUSIVE SEA VIP LOCATION
The houses are made of stones collected in years of work, in the harsh and wild land of Cilento. The architecture is the the traditional Cilento "magazzeno" that had stalls on the ground floor and the rooms of top. Always the oven was present to prepare bread and other dishes.The value of the property consists of two main characteristics:
1. LOCATION - SunSeaMoon has unique stunning panorama of the sea, surrounded of olive oil threes and Mediterranean woods. Exposition to south gives light continuously all day, many hours a day the sun is "double" due to the reflex in the sea. Two paved roads connect the property to the sea in 15 mins, running across olives and wild and panoramic views. All the world famous location listed in the home page can be reached in short time. 2. EXISTING VOLUMES - SunSeaMoon is located in a national park: new constructions are forbidden. Therefore the only way to build is to "re-use" the existing rural houses. We have three houses in the property, SUN (the larger) is registered as independent in the cataste. The other two, SEA and MOON, are registered in cataste together in an independent unit.
Utilities: all available
Water supply is available from a public water main. In the picture the duct paths and one of the main tanks that provide water to SunSeaMoon area, other houses close to SSM already got water. Only other 700m pipes must be created to supply pure water from the high mountains sources.
Electricity is already distributed to SSM. Here is the photo the pole present in the property, we already asked the Power grid company to move to the border of the. On the right, the tiny white lines on the top are power wires that serve all the three houses. There is the possibility to install independent counters, one for each house.
Cooking: usually Italians prefer to cook using gas (LPG) which is largely available. Local company deliver the tank on demand. Consider that a 25 Kg tank easily can last two months for an average family. Electricity of course is an option but probably more expensive.
Heating usually is provided by special fireplace that can heat water both for radiators and for sanitary and kitchen. Consider that climate is very mild and heating is needed only from late November to early March. During the other months (but even in the winter) hot water can be produces by solar systems like this hereafter
Sewer: it is mandatory to install the IMHOFF tank. Removal of the organic mass must be removed once a year, or according with the usage. Local companies provide this service
