SunSeaMoon property is inside the Cilento National Park, therefore the authorization for new construction is impossible to obtain. Only the old traditional houses, that are already present on the land, can be restored (or rebuilt). The new construction is subject upon various authorization  always keeping the same shape and dimensions.

Therefore the value of the property depends on the number of building present on the land and ​on the positive authorization to build.

We took 16 months and more to get the authorization and now our property includes three buildings to restore:

1. Sun, you can see the map is the one labeled "A", its the bigger and -as all the others - has an astonishing view of the sea and the sunshine on it from sunset to sunrise being exposed to the south.

2. Sea, labeled "B' this is the smallest unit but has an independent yard and own access from the north street

3. Moon, labeled "C" is a two-floor medium size unit and has a direct view of the moonrise which is a uniquely romantic experience.
